One-fifth of the world’s population is made up of adolescents and young women. They should be guaranteed not just a chance to be heard, but a real say in the matters that truly matter to them. We empower young women to take charge of their own lives and futures by providing them with a forum to do so through Girls Network. Adolescent girls and young women are treated with respect and dignity as they are given access to opportunities, resources, and tools, as well as mentorship and coaching services, through this Network. Peer-to-peer events, introspective sessions, and skill-sharing events are some of the ways this network is used to empower young women and girls to realize their full potential and have their voices heard on issues that matter to them. The vision of this Network is to create a group of exceptional young women who are encouraged to use their talents to fight for equity.
